Go wild in your garden!
Our British wildlife is in real trouble... but we can help! Join us at 5.30pm for a fascinating 2-hour workshop with experienced nature conservationist Bex Flintham, where you will learn ways to welcome helpful wildlife into your garden and help to reverse the shocking decline in our native species across the UK.
During the illustrated talk you will find out how to make a hedgehog house or minibeast hotel, what foods to put out for our birds, and which plants will lure bees, butterflies and other insects into your patch to help with pollination, pest control and a host of other essential garden tasks.
Bring your questions about garden wildlife for a Q&A session after the talk, and have a go at puzzling out our mystery wildlife objects: finishing your evening with a hot drink and a piece of delicious homemade cake from our cafe.
